It’s such a treat having meals cooked just how one wants

It is great to have healthy ready meals which I know won't upset my stomach.
Delivery was on the agreed day and left as instructed.
I would like more low fodmap dishes without peppers or paprika, as these are triggers for me but otherwise I'm happy with the service.

Fairly easy to order, delivered fast and the dishes are really tasty in the main.

I follow a FODMAP diet due to IBS and I find lunchtimes at work a real struggle so I bought Field Doctor meals to have as my lunch and I cook a homemade meal in the evening.

With a discount code the meals worked out at just under £5 each which is fine for lunch. However without a discount code they are over £6 & I just can't justify that price so back to the drawing board for me.

Excellent taste, good portion size, healthy, easy to heat, and cooked beautifully. Potatoe topped chicken is so tasty, tofu curry tasty too both had a fabulous texture. I was very pleasantly surprised at just how tasty the meals are. Well done and thank you for making such great meals - superb.

The sleeves around the meals were damp when delivered, as the meals had started to defrost. The meals lack taste. I suffer with ibs so wanted to try some low fodmap options but unfortunately i dont believe they are worth the money. Its a shame as i was hoping it would be the answer to my problem.

I at first thought that I had to defrost the meals for a day before cooking, but I've now seen that this isn't the case. I've eaten 2 of the 4 I ordered so far, one was good (goan fish curry), the other was not very nice at all (chicken potato pie).

The food is delicious and an enormous help with my FODMAP free diet.
This week the meals arrived in perfect condition. The previous order arrived in disarray - was not packed well.

Excellent food with an individual style. Their delivery is reliable and timely. The food is never thawed when it arrives.

I bought a selection of mostly plant based meals. The curries are really good. Some others - teriyakis are a little bit vinegary for me. Fast and efficient delivery late morning- didn’t unpack for an hour and meals had started to defrost very slightly. Not sure would last a few hours out of a freezer if I wasn’t in, as claimed on the website. Love the hugely varied healthy veg ingredients. And large portion sizes. Will buy some meals again as were delicious.

I wrote a not very good review but the aubergine Terayaki was beyond good and now I am eating humble pie. Perhaps they could put humble pie on the menu just for me!

Delivery good, packaging good and quality of ingredients good. We have only tried the moussaka for two so far but we didn't like it very much. The veg was chopped so small that it resulted in a dish similar in texture to thick brown soup, far from a moussaka with whole slices of aubergine. I was really surprised but maybe this is a fodmap thing? I'll update this review after we try the other meals that came in the delivery if those are an improvement.
